Doedre's Apathy Notable Rework

In the recent Curse Manifesto, there was talk of reworking the Notable nodes associated with a particular Curse. It is logical to assume that this will also affect Doedres Apathy.

And the reason I'm posting this at all is because I have a character in Standard with Temporal Chains Self-Curse with +428% effect, which allows you to slow down to -75% Action Speed. I use this option for the hideout showcase. With it, the picture looks smooth and you can have time to see everything in motion.

So. I hope this build doesn't die and I can use it, at least with -50% Action Speed. For this, either, I hope, there will be enough sources of increasing the effect of curses. Or I hope to add a unique item that will significantly increase the effect of curses on the player.

Well, or give us a cinematic camera, but this seems to be impossible.

Couldn’t you also reduce your movement speed to accomplish this?
