Ngamahu's Flame Abyssal Axe builds

Hello, i realy like Ngamahu's Flame berserker (it can be chieftain, i dont mind) cyclone build but i look on poe ninja if anyone really playing this build, and i find like 2 people on LVL 80 no more so i just want to ask is this build any good or its just trash ? i want to start this build in 3.20 so i hope that this build is good.
