Ghost Reaver + Chaos Inoculation + Strength of Blood Interaction?

Strength of Blood does not work unless you are leeching, but because CI puts you at "Full Life" at all times, does the switch to Energy Shield Leech with GR give you what you need to activate Strength of Blood?

Strength of Blood needs life recovery from leech to work. If you go Ghost Reaver, your life recovery from leech is 0.
