Need more anti-regeneration gems

I've started carrying a frost bomb gem with me. Because there's a small but real number of end-game map bosses that are DPS checks due to their regen; and I'm tanky, I don't have enough dps. Without frost bomb I simply cannot kill them; they can't kill me either.

There's one, and ONLY one gem for reducing the regeneration from these guys. You need a blue slot, period. It seems to me that there should at least be one anti-regen per color.

i feel like, logically, "bleed" or "corrupted blood" should just naturally turn off regen.

bad idea bcause players would be affected by this as well
no I know its a bad idea haha, but I'm thinking in terms of realism...if you have open wounds, you don't start healing again until the wound closes.
If your helmet can use it there is an eater/exarch mod (can't remember which) that will reduce life regen by 80% ish or so if you've hit the enemy recently as well.
But wouldn't the regen healing your wound itself be healing you overall?
^shhh...don't poke holes! Just go with it. Think infections / wounds that need stitches / all exiles are haemophiliacs
