Bug: The father of war Act 6, Eye of Conquest

I was playing with my husband in a team,
and while my character died, my husband killed and got the Eye.
When I returned, monster no longer regenerate on the map,
and I have no way to gain the Eye.
I log off and log in again, came back to the location for the quest,
and still there are no monsters.
I'm stuck and cannot continue with the quest/story :(
Please help!

Create a new instance by ctrl clicking on an entrance to the zone.
