Timeless jewels look to be too rare in 3.20. Please don't do this.

Was just going over a PoB of one of my current builds and just occurred to me that specific Timeless Jewels are hard enough to get now, what will be the likelihood of be able too get a particular one in 3.2 without having to sell my first born?

I had a live search up for 11 different numbers I wanted, and on the second week, only one popped up for trade? it happened to not be exorbitantly expensive, but in 3.20, I'm getting the distinct impression they are going to be excruciatingly hard to find -- the prices aren't going to be the problem, just finding one for trade will be.

In addition, item availability in trade tanks really hard once the player base starts to die off -- especially if its a very unpopular one. So If one needs a specific numbered jewel after the third week, its going to be IMPOSSIBLE to find any specific one listed.

Drops in general in 3.19 were, ::ahem::, questionable, and if the changes to the archnem system in 3.20 aren't much of an improvement, this might be another insufferable league. Please don't add insult to injury w lowering drop rates of already very hard to find items, until after you truly get drop rates in a balanced state...

What's happening with jewels is really about the global drops. Content-locked stuff like Timeless and Watcher's and Spectrum shouldn't be impacted because they're already balanced separately.

I'm hoping you are right, but they weren't very specific w their wording, so call me paranoid, but alarm bells are sounding on my end.

We haven't changed the rarity of Jewels like this.

Suppose timeless and general place-specifics are on that same boat

Are you talking about a specific number jewel or a specific keystoned one?

They are a little rare compared to previous leagues but still pretty farmable solo if you spec into legion for your atlas passives. Could probably use a specific node for timeless jewels themselves tbh though I think i got 8 karui ones this league and 1 each of all the others just rng is rng.

specified number ones you are SoL i'm sure part of the reason behind their change to divines was to make items like that more awkward tbh without just corrupting the drop. I doubt they ever wanted players to aim at specific numbers and the fact it got extrapolated by some community members gives them a headache i'm sure.

We are probably at a stage where you have to search for a batch of numbers rather than one specific one and accept a slight decrease in efficiency.
