Game crash during Kalandra Lake - Reflection of the black scythe

The game crash completly every time during this one particular lake location. I don't get any error message.

Hello,
It was crash out of the game to the Xbox dashboard. | |

And after killing all monsters on this particular lake location and four crashes i could finish whole map without any problems.
