Acquisition / Procurement / Looty! / PoE Item Finder - questions !

Hi! I have few questions about stash managing add-ons to this game - Acquisition, Procurement, Looty! and PoE Item Finder.
First - are these ''legal'' ? Can they be used without a risk of being banned or something ? In one thread I found one person quoted Chris said ( about Procurement ) something like :''as long as some app don't touch the client it is good''.. Does these apps mess with game client or no? I want to be sure.. Second - I tried to run Procurement but I got back a message like : ''server bug 403 forbidden''. When I try to log in by offline option it shows me : ''failed to load characters'' Why this is happening? Is there a way to fix it? I really need to use one of these add-ons or some other tool with similar possibilities because I have so many useful items in stash tabs and on other characters that it started being very problematic and a huge time-loss to find anything I need at any moment.. Imagine searching all 23 characters and over 20 tabs for one item each time.. I bet You know what it's like :) With any tool like that it would be fast, intuitive and would help me a lot - I would just type name of an item and find it in few seconds :D Please - Help !!! I have the same issue, I'm trying to find my only mageblood in hundreds of remove-only tabs, I tried all of the above none currently working. If there is an easy way to search all the remove-only tabs at once will be great. Thanks.

I have the same question, im back at the game after a couple of years and wanted to know if those are options (valids to use)

In general, we do not encourage the creation or use of third-party tools because they provide advantages for players that use them. Due to the dynamics of our policies, I'm afraid we're unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future.
I would recommend refraining from creating or using any programs that automates or does more than one action with a keystroke or mouse click as well as anything that interacts with the game client to provide an advantage over other players or provide information that isn't normally visible. i get the policies and what not but if you want players to enjoy your game and they have 23+ characters with gear that they have played over time...then create a simple way for them to search all their characters and implement it into the the game instead of not helping...with all the resources that ggg is getting from players buying stuff just make a simple search option like one of those and call it quality of life im sure everyone will greatly appreciate it then no one will need to go looking for ...strange addons* presenty what you have there...well im sure every single player gets extremely frustrated lookng for their items...!!
