Doesn't sound hard to recreate. All you need is life, res, and minion block to make this work. So just make a build that gets those things (he's a Guardian too, which helps). You don't need to scale any damage at all.

"For clarification: Necromantic Aegis skill, with Skullhead, Thousand Teeth Temu, +minions spell block related skills, or Decay Ward anointed amulet . Minions have 75%+ atk block chance, and 55% spell block chance. Extremely broken, I won a lot of pvp matches this way, 100lvl 40million dps builds oneshotted by 3 skeletons. Only way to counter this is to have the 'cant take reflected dmg' slayer ascendancy skill. Try it with some random pvp, it's really fun, can't believe nobody have realized how broken this is (or realized, but not fixed)."
Just path your tree to Necromantic Aegis, take the Decay Ward cluster next to it, and equip Skullhead and Thousand Teeth Temu. The rest of the tree is probably life/resists, not sure if Minion Damage can scale reflected damage. |
