Xsolla - game protection from spending money

Gl Xsolla is banned in some countries. they are also red-flagged in the USA as being high risk due to amount fraud.

lot banks now will refuse to deal or push payment etc from them.

sadly lot places wont even let you verify as a card holder it's safe now to even use them.

if your one of the few banks that will tell you no..your SOL ;p;

You are most likely getting blocked by browser addons like addblock/no script

For me, when you enter the details and go to process the payment there should be a window that comes up that is basically confirming with your bank that it is you that is making the transaction (in the UK this will probably result in a code being text to you) those addons block that part of the process and your card ends up flagged as potentially making fraudulent purchases.

Go buy a PRE-PAID CREDIT CARD. Those always worked for me.

Hey this exact thing happened to me recently! Bank puts temporary fraud lock on card, call to unlock card, card is unlocked, too late your card is now permabanned from Xsolla! I'm also now blocked from using Paypal-->Xsolla so that's not a workaround.

GGG's support is useless and will tell you that there's nothing they can do and there is no other way to pay them via credit card. Via googling you would have to buy an online gift card from a third party and then apply the gift card to your account if you want to buy something.

i think they do care. they switch from stripe to xsolla cause they supported a substantially higher amount of payment options.

and if you support substantially more payment options, there are substantially more people doing a fuckery to your services.

as a european, the only time i got problems buying mtx has been my bank implementing visa secure and failing on accepting my input the confirmation window.

not saying that xsolla is the best service available but do you have other companies doing much better?
