 After divine it will be 45% chance to block Excluding Corruption implicit, scourge implicit, synthesis implicit This is the combo of mod and basetype that can possible achieve (27+3+15=45) Sadly it is still behind Dawnbreaker Craft using legacy shield with +3 block and increase armor prefix, and another shield with the T1 block suffix, and recombinators This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee.
