Assassin Cyclone Build?

Anyone know of any builds that would be use duel wield, high evasion, and cyclone for assassin? It may not be whatever the meta is, but wanted to see if anyone had a potential skill tree / equipment suggestions to make this work similar to the duelist Impale Cyclone Champ build, but doesn't have to use impale per say.

Hey,

I've been tinkering around with a low-cost build to leaguestart with, and made this using uniques only:
https://pastebin.com/X5GnPDxk I think that it can be further tinkered with and min-maxed with rare gear, but the general premise is that it is a phys to cold convert build that I once saw from the FastAF youtube channel. Dual wield is possible, even better if you have a good conversion weapon to convert phys as extra damage Rahsaan's build is also the most fun melee assassin i've played, but keep in mind that dual wield has a relatively small aoe! Make Bladefall Great Again!
