Sap and Storm Secret Topaz ring

Can I use and benefit from a Secret Topaz ring and Herald of Thunder if I also use a sceptre with Secrets of Suffering implicit (Sap)?

You cannot shock while having Secrets of Suffering allocated, so I would say no.

Tested, it doesn't work. Herald of Thunder does not activate the storm because you cannot shock enemies.

you can't shock anything with secrets of suffering equipped. if you want both shock and sap, you should use wrath sublime vision, or algor mortis, or boots eldritch implicit, or heist shield base

"Skitterbots shock enemies, so killing them starts Herald of Thunder storms. Because HoT has Creates a storm when you Kill a Shocked Enemy stat. It's not related to Storm Secret ring. |
