Different MTX with Chinese client

SO i just watched Kobes video about the poe chinese version and looked at their site... They get way cooler MTX in my opinion. Will GGG ever release these sets for us? Kinda bullshit imo alot of the sets we get all look the same and theirs look way more dynamic and unique.

Does anyone feel the same or am I alone?

Maybe these MTX are designed with the Chinese customers in mind and are just variations of MTX available with the English client adapted to that market. Mind that for example showing graphic representations of nudity or gore (like the Malachai's organs in act 3) is not acceptable in Chinese culture and therefore some details have been changed for the Chinese client.
Another possible explanation is that some MTX are exclusive for the Chinese client and that is a marketing move to boost sales. In that case you will never have access to them, it would be GGG breaching a promise to their Chinese customers.
Pretty sure they are just exclusive to Chinese poe but that's pretty lame cause from I can tell they also get all the same MTX/packs that we get as well. Is there anyone from GGG who could confirm that these are Chinese exclusive and that we won't even get them? Also would be cool if they could explain why to us
Well I can't speak for GGG but I do have an explanation. When GGG was acquired by Tencent they explained in an old post that the mother company would have asked them to develop some changes and exclusive content for the Chinese market. I think you can easily find it somewhere in the forum. Anyway the international version of POE is still under control of GGG and remains unaffected. That is why you have stuff in the Chinese client like the infamous subscription pet that loots currency if you pay a fee but you do not have it in the international version. I think it was necessary to make the game appealing to a Chinese audience. Please understand that POE is by no means the most played game in China, it is kind of niche there so anything that can boost sales helps.
Every game is localized to appeal to a target audience. Chinese customers like exclusive contents. I remember Magic: the Gathering had to create exclusive cards and decks for the Chinese market that are not available elsewhere for the same reason. If they made it available for everyone they would not be exclusive anymore.
A couple of things...

1. How China doesnt count as "international" is interesting. Simply put there is a Chinese-realm and server that is independent and allowed to do whatever they want in their region. China is in fact "international" as much as the US, Germany, Australia, and can be accessed.

2. Tencent owns GGG. The current agreement allows for GGG to develop freely as they see fit, but don't get confused to who the boss is. Any number of things could happen, whether its financial performance, behavior of leadership (say CW does or says something insane), management missteps, and more, Tencent could swallow all the non-Chinese realms easily.

3. CW has already said, that if they wanted, they could adopt and take things from their partners in China. It's a two-way street. Its 100% a fact that GGG is actively deciding what to include, or most importantly, not include from their Chinese counterparts.

Edit: changed #1 a bit as I was mistaken on how GGG identifies its realms and versions.

That is how they call it, international version. It's GGG words not mine. You can check the original post yourself: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2147313

Fair enough.

I do wonder if that terminology has changed since then? I mean I understand that the Chinese Version isnt the same as the standard version in say Germany, by default. But you could log into the Chinese realm to play from there, so it to me is a weird description.

However, that's not on you admittedly, so my bad there.
