Better pick your game change request carefully next time.
AN and loot gobs weren't that bad after all right? :)

They were. I would rather have 1 div = 1000c than to have lootgoblins.

Cause the divine to chaos trade would be so much fun with it lol.
Besides that the goblins are still in the game, just as a friendly reminder.
The change of the rare mobs just caused less random divines to drop, and people act all surprised about the sudden price change of divines. Kinda ironic nobody complains about having the same AN mob mods as before just with a different name tho.

They aren't the same because:
a) iir doesn't seem to work on them
b) they aren't identifiable as the mods aren't listed

That makes them very different, because calling a culler now isn't a thing anymore, which was the major problem with loot goblins.
As for the moment, 244c : 1 div. It goes down overnight at christmas eve. Not sure if its truly goes down or because of christmas.

The reason on why chaos orb is so cheap is simply because too much supply but really low demand. Searing exarch altar + mausoleum map (the altar will only gives minion mod, unless you enter the boss room), Sanctum that gives alot of chaos orbs, but more importantly Kirac map device choices are weird ? Bad ? Idk, people rather using sextant than Kirac mod since sextant is also abundant, and the cost of the mod is just simply more expensive than buying the desired sextant mod from other players. ALSO considering GGG changing how loot works, why do you even juicing the map when you can run a cheap setup with almost no investment, but getting good return ?

Anyway, the game should be reverted back to pre-sentinel league, and before making changes that drastically affect the whole game, more importantly the market, GGG should hire an expert in economics ; be it market analysis, consumer behavior, or economic policy analysis. Get their insight and opinion about how a real world market works, how a policy can change market behavior, then ask them to apply their expertise in analyzing Path of Exile market and how a change in the game system affecting the market.

GGG seems to forget, or most likely forget, or just simply don't care the very own fundamental of their game. When a game revolving and integrated heavily into its economy system, making a change on the market SHOULD NOT BE DONE IN A WHIM. But well its only a game, we shouldn't be that serious right guys ? Afterall players can just quit the game and come back later.
Looks like hoarding chaos orbs for a couple of days was the right choice. I have like 5 thousand of them to burn now and trading them for 2 divines a piece is going to be so much more convenient instead of just one.
I see people saying this is normal, but the change from EX to Div. and the scarcity of the latter is allowing people to flip the market.

So a few people made out like bandits yesterday and all the people who are not working with groups lost 60c for each div they had accumulated overnight.

I am not sure this market system is working. Ultimately, it will be what it will be but this is definitely affecting the enjoyability of the league.

All the best. Merry Christmas everyone.

1:240 Roller coaster continues.

It's definetely not as much about supply of chaos orbs and more about massive loot goblins nerfs that dwindled supply of Divine Orbs.

Tbh I don't care, I don't play market games and don't try to bank on ratios. I have 2k chaos and 17 Divine Orbs. Not much stock in either.

Guys, don't be lazy to update the thread.
Doesn't matter what the ratio is, no one is responding to trades anyhow. And it's obvious that sellers are looking at prices and then placing them on the site, so I dunno wtf is going on.
