How can I make warp rune hideout decorations work?

About Sentinel Warp Runes.

I have all colors and I am placing these around my hideout to then teleport to wherever I have placed a destination warp.

Each Green/Red/Blue/etc Warp runes are in place with names like 'Green Warp rune 1' and all my destinations read 'Warp rune 1' so when I try to teleport no matter what color, it will not warp to any one I want but choose random destinations. The videos seem to show I can set the runes to 1/2/3 etc, but I do not see any way to do this in Hideout edit mode or without the edit mode.

How can I make all my colorful Sentinel Warp Runes decoration warp me to specific areas?

In hideout edit mode, use mouse wheel to cycle through variations.
