Fertile Catalysts No Longer Drop?

I've been farming catalysts from metamorph missions for weeks now and have not seen a single Fertile Catalyst (Life/Mana) drop. My attempts to convert other catalysts into Fertile Catalysts using the Horticrafting recipe have also failed to produce any as well. I know its not impossible for that to happen, but its getting to point where now I can't help but be suspicious.

I had no trouble finding them prior to the Kalandra update. Was there a change to Fertile Catalyst drop rates that I missed? They are the main catalyst I'm looking for right now and I just can't seem to find any.

they exist in Kalandra league, so they definitely still drop. the problem is, there are 10 different types of catalysts and they drop in extremely small quantities.

its just some real bad rng.


unless you're ssf (cant tell, hidden profile), you really are better off selling the other valuable catalysts (accelerating, prismatic, unstable) and buying Fertile.

Horticrafting works. But if you only want fertile as output its going to be somewhat expensive.

Expedition also drops some sometimes. 'Cemetery' logbook maybe.

For SSF Harvest spam (Kirac if you have) is probably the fastest way that I am familiar with. Not familiar with Heist, Metamorph so dont know how good these are.

In case you don't know, you can also sell 3 of the same catalyst to get a random catalyst back.
