If you just want to dodge the hit (once again assuming the uber version since you aren't clarifying), stick really close to him. When the move starts, run circles around him. It will miss you because of how geometry works. The further you are away when it happens, the harder it is for you to duck it.

When doing uber atziri I was able to tank her flame blast. In theory would that not be able to one shot me as there is a built in fire pen with that spell?
I do not have spell suppression. |
