Heist Trinket - Regal To Divine Potential Bug

I've been farming a good amount of heist since 3.19 hit, and I've become very suspicious of my Doom Bauble Trinket converting Regal Orbs into Exalted Orbs instead of Divines.

I've seen way too many full Exalted Orb drops or even doubled in my heisting since 3.19 in comparison to barely any Divines and that's a bit too sketchy for me.

regals are rather rare of a drop in heists since they nerfed its rate post heist league.
