Ralakesh really can be chanced?

i check on all locals and forums, this boots can be chanced, BUT i spend like alot scouring and chance like 50k maybe more, is to hard ? or have some issues i can't take this boots shaper base to use a shroud version, 'i think to forget it because i spend alot divines and take no one , and i use alot mithyc orb

Think he wants Shaper influenced Ralakesh for Eternity Shroud looks like the last piece of shaper influence he needs. I dont see any on trade.

There's no reason they shouldn't be able to be chanced. However, they likely moved up a tier or two in rarity this patch, which contributes to the chances of chancing them. Keep going soldier :)

It show up on standard league and by inspecting item level or is it dual influence, some of them are not from the card
