Aegis Aurora does not properly apply the +5% maximum cold res

When equipping the Aegis Aurora it does not give me +5% Maximum cold res like it says it should.
Bug Number 595,546,183 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/869374277701476386/1025261174750720050/Screenshot_66.png  I am wearing shavronnes wrappings and not Loreweave Allocated passives that grand maximum % res work, Purity auras that grant maximum res work, I have tried another Aegis Aurora, I have restarted the game and nothing is seeming to make it work. I dont know if I'm missing something or what. Does your build contain Melding of the flesh? This has been changed to reduce your maximum resistances and could explain the difference you are seeing here
