Suggestion: Give us a way to activate the "Invisible Buff Effect" for Item-Granted Skills

I love playing with Aspect of the Cat, but Cat's Stealth removing basically all my MTX sucks a lot. I'd gladly spend more points on Invisible Buff effects, if they could affect item granted skills.

Please consider this in 3.20.
