Shaping the Skies is really underwhelming.

I've had this notable all league for several leagues now and I'm not sure if it's just me, but it never seems to proc. I had a monstrous treasure proc week 1 of this league and an alluring side area on week 2, but otherwise, i'm a month into this league with 23 challenges done, several hundred map completions, and those two craft are the only ones I've gotten from it.

3% feels abysmally low for how often it procs and leads to the notable just being useful for the 15% higher map tier effect which isn't even useful after a certain point in the league.

I want to interact with these extra mechanics. I want to be able to juice around the occasional special craft this is supposed to give, but the content just isn't there.

Yeah, the 3% is something that always deterred me too, especially because some of the "special" content aren't even that worthwhile to run for, so I don't take it, DESPITE me being directly connected to it already and needing no extra travel nodes to specc into it.

I feel like it could be worth to give it 6%. The reason why I say that is because Operative's strongboxes, if allocated on the atlas, is 6%, and I feel that's "kinda" a good sweetspot for any mechanic that adds something "special" that isn't attainable otherwise, but that may just be me.

Until it's reasonablly buffed, I stay away from it, happily :3

Wait, people don't use that passive for the +1 map tier chance? That's all I care to use it for and I've gotten 4 enhanced lab trials, 2 alluring side areas, and 2 monstrous treasures.

If you don't treat the passive as a way to get cool kirac mods, it won't feel as bad as a passive.
