The agnostic mana bug after reaching 0 mana

When having the agnostic passive skill once my mana reaches 0 it just stops regenerating. Sometimes it bugs on 15mana sometimes at 40 but it wont regenerate like it usually does. Even with mana flask it wont move up.

repro steps:
1. copy build provided in video link below or my "ChallengerJannaPlayer" character
2. go on map and let your mana drop to 0
3. notice that mana that was normaly regenerating now is buging on certain low value that varies from case to case

Mana flask may up the value of mana by like 20 but it will still bug on the value upped. I may have Agnostic unspected sometimes since this fixes the bug.

enough digging done to determine not a bug, don't use RF with agnostic.

Then fix your calcs, when i have RF i dont lose anything, mana or life. i get this bug even if i dont use RF at all. Check yourself before commenting since staff member can label it as not a bug bcs of you.

do show the bug in action without RF then.

make sure you have no eldritch altars effecting life regen.
make sure you have no degen, degens(like RF) cause you to never be at full life, which will cause agnostic to constantly take mana to give you life regen.
