Fairgraves is shy

So, on my character Zrevras on the Kalandra League, I made him today and leveled him quickly to level 34. I did just about all the quests for act 3 and I got the plum and the decanter, but there's no fairgraves. To test, I relogged and he's still not there. I happen to catch it on my stream at the end of my stream today. https://twitch.tv/kradarak

" normally i would make a joke about how the game really takes ages if you do all sidequests which are neither mandatory nor give any meaningful rewards (like the fairgraves plum and decanter quest). but since the dialogue is so amazingly good i don't cause i often do the quest myself just for the amusement. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
