Icicle Burst description still incorrectly states that it triggers on kill.
 "3.13.0 | Cameria's Avarice now triggers the Icicle Burst skill on hit, rather than on kill. We really mean it this time, I swear. This affects all versions of the item." It seems that the description was forgotten, though. Last bumped on Sep 27, 2022, 5:42:09 PM
