Some AoE around the character like Cyclone or Ice Nova? What skill is used in the advertisment video?

Hmm, well you have two choices.

You can apply the scorch by being close to the mobs and the boots mod that drops scorched ground. That might mean cyclone or sweep, which I believe is the skill in the video.

Or you can get the Secrets of Suffering Keystone and use almost anything, as long as you are doing a bit of fire damage.

So the Lightning Strike with elemental claw would be fine, or elemental tornado shot, or anything like that. You could use a spell like Ice Spear, and get +fire damage to spells with secrets of suffering.
