Abyssal depths spawn chance nerfed?

I decided to unblock Abyss on atlas tree and run it today for challenge, respeced some points to locate all the abyss node aside with Grand Design (for more abyss chance). I managed to 75/75 it using sextant + gilded scarab + abyss craft. However, there was not a single abyssal depth spawn, only abyssal trove. I have not run abyss in a while but when I misclick on it in Kirac maps the chance weren't that low.
Am I missing something?
Or did allocating Grand Design messed with the rate?

Try to unallocate Grand Design, I had no problem finishing the challenge at league start. It took a couple of days. I don't think abyssal depths spawn chance has been nerfed since then.
