Orb of Storms not shocking

Orb of storms does not apply shock if you equip a wand that has any of the following modifiers:

If you are talking about your level 79 character, you have The Three Dragons equipped.

That does not matter. Shaper of Storms is allocated on the ascendancy passive tree, thus negating that. Also as mentioned above, Orb of storms does apply shock normally if the equipped wand does not contain those specific modifiers.

I think Three Dragons "lightning damage cannot shock" override Shaper of Storms "all damage can shock". Your current wand has flat cold spell damage that can shock.

" Yes, that was it! It's enough to just have any mod to add non lightning damage to a wand and that damage can shock. Thanks for the suggestion. |
