Yes the link you provided is the correct one. Altered Distant Memory is this:

You don't need Memento Mori, that's just for Uber Cortex. |

Glad things cleared up. Be aware Cortex from Kirac while possible is very rare. Altered Distant Memory, not nearly as rare.
