Lag Spikes on SÃO PAULO(BR REALM)

hey guys, I'd like some help on this...

If I try to play on my best ping realm which is São Paulo, Most of the times, I get Lag Spikes and Disconnected, but on NA Realm or EU realm, I don't get Disconnected (But I play at 200-300ms), which makes it look like the problem is on the São Paulo server.

I tested my internet using MTR and the Ip from the instance I last got Disconnected and this is the result: https://pastebin.com/B2s1CxUj

Does this means that the problem is on my side? I don't know, If someone can answer this I'd be very happy...

Same here, I thought that GGG fixed the issues with their servers like 2 leagues back but nope.. still having problems ...
