Atlas Passives have no text, and are not applying to maps

Hello, since the patch came out today my atlas passives have not been working. I'm specced into getting a strongbox in every map and noticed that I did not get them a few times. I also noticed today that Blight encounters were showing up in my maps when I have that league blocked on the tree.
