Banned from TFT

Hi, to keep things short and in order. I've been banned from TFT since Scourge I believe, I have appealed to my ban three times since then, but having my appeal either ignored, or denied, I haven't received a single message/notification from any tft mod or support staff in-game, through e-mail, or discord for that matter.

Why I got banned

I was entrusted a helmet from an individual on my friends list to run lab for a specific set of enchants for it (I had done one once before for this individual, both helmets were expensive in the 50 ex range without their enchant) I had failed to acquire any of the specific enchants, and also did not return his helmet to him until the league was over. (So his helmet was returned back in standard)

I have reached out to this player, apologized, returned his helmet, offered re-compensation for my errors to this player in the current league after, we friended each other on discord, share a discord server together, and usually speak to one another in depth about the game every league near league start, or new league reveal. Once I had returned his helmet to him in standard he had told me that he pulled the report.

Fast forward to present day, I am fully aware GGG has no say in TFTs rules or terms of service for their discord, however I'm simply looking to see if anyone has any information that might help me appeal my ban, or am I just SoL? Thanks.

So you took a helmet as a service provider, after not getting enchant, for some reason you didn't return it, only gave it back when it became useless (standard lol)..

My brother couple leagues back was saving 80ex for a new RF helmet for 2 weeks, bought it and then entrusted it for a service provider to get an enchant (and he got it after 4hours). It would've been devastating for him if the provider decided to keep the helmet until the league end. I imagine your service buyer wasn't very happy initially as well. I wouldn't.

This is just messed up.

Not happened to me...Usually when the service provider logs out he w/ everyone giving back whatever they have been working on and didn't get serviced.

So yea, the only way you can appeal this is to just say it was a mistake and hope for the best.

It actually makes me quite happy, because people were happy with the harvest change stating that TFT will go down...But it will never go down as long as there are services out there to be provided :).

And since there are little to none ways to provide services in this game the server is here to stay.

It's not even outside ToS since we are just trading in game currency.

I will actually try to get a part time job as a dev for them :), because they actually brought more quality of life than GGG in all this years ( not saying GGG didn't do anything, but they brought little to nothing over the years, and most of them were fixes to issues they implemented)
Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

There you go, I condensed your post for you.

You offered yourself as a service provider, stole what you had been given (I can only assume because you decided to use it yourself) then handed it back weeks or months later. I can tell you right now that the ban probably hasn't been lifted, because it shouldn't be lifted.

If I go and steal someones car, use it for three weeks, then hand it back to them later, I'm still going to prison for stealing a car. There's nothing terribly complex about that.
Not only that but paying someone in a new league for things happening in a different league is bannable

You just admitted to brake GGG's ToS regarding "currency/items/trading" between leagues witch can result in account ban. I would guess that TFT is the least of your problems now.....

Pretty much this. I guess you mistake the ban-appeal option as something to negotiate and promise to "do better". Mistakes like yours, intentional or unintentional, should dismiss you from the platform for eternity, because you are not a trustworthy trade partner whatsoever. So TFT protects their members from actions like yours, there is nothing to argue about.
You stole his helmet. I don't really care how you spin it. You gave it to him in STANDARD not LEAGUE. You. Stole. His. Helmet. You got nothing less than you deserved and you deserved worse.

Sorry but the ban is well deserved.
You didn't provide the service you were obliged to provide and ,even worse, didn't return the item.

No appeal will unban you
That sounds pretty bad. Giving the helmet back in Standard for many is the same as never giving it back. It seems like your ban is earned and deserved.

On the bright side, it sounds like you made a friend. Take the win.
Thanks for all the fish!
