Toxic Rain doesnt scale with "increases and reductions to projectile speed also apply to damage with bows" bow mastery.

"increases and reductions to projectile speed also apply to damage with bows" applies to attack hits with bows; and not the DoT effects. You aren't dealing the DoTs with the bows per-se so they won't be affected by that mastery.
Something like the Quiver's "1ncreased Damage with Bow Skills" will affect the DoT though as it's damage with a Bow Skill, not just the bow itself. Mechanic Misconception:
Are your minions "randomly dying"? Do you have the Fleshcrafter unique equipped? If you answered "Yes" to both of these, high chance is that your minions have over 50% chaos resistance, converting 100% of their HP into ES, killing them. |

Bug still exists. No way around it, the wording on the skill itself, and the way it works on every other modifier proves it.
"Modifiers to Projectile Damage apply to this Skill's Damage Over Time effect" Please fix, or change the skill / wording. @Chris_Wilson |

"Damage with bows" is not "Projectile damage".
"Damage with bows" is similar wording to "Damage with Claws" or "Damage with Two-handed weapons". It improves the damage you deal with hits with those weapons; it does not improve the damage dealt by ailments, or other damage over time effects. What other modifiers are you saying that it works with that 'proves' why this modifier should work with it? |
