Do you need to do specific condition to be able drop uber watchers eye?

I did uber elder 10 times and i droped 0 watchers eye im speechless how is this possible its 30% to drop one how can i fail 30% 10 times in row is there some condition you need meet to be able drop uber watchers eye? i did 10 ooba ooba elders btw not just ooba is it that why? i dont get it

In the regular elder fight if the shaper dies watchers eye cannot drop.
Was shaper surviving during the regular uber uber elder fight? |

**assuming** its actually a 30% drop rate
that means you have a 70% chance to *not* get one. over 10 attempts, thats .7^10. == .028 2.8% chance to fail all 10 attempts. so about 3 people PER 100, statistically, should be expected to do 10 uber elders and get 0 eyes. This is completely within the realm of 'rng working correctly'. going out to 13 attempts, we're at .0097 to get 0 eyes. thats still ~1 person per 100. 15 gets down to half a percent, or 1 person per 200. 19 goes out to 1 in 1000. now we're getting into the 'wtf' zone. go do 9 more, show me how unlucky you really are. I was referring to the normal elder fight where the shaper helps you fight the elder. If you are doing the uber elder fight where you fight shaper and elder than disregard what I said.

There are no conditions to meet to drop a WE in the Uber or Uber Uber Elder fights. It's just RNG at this point, with a 2.8% chance as Thror said.

Unlucky, but not outrageous. A while back I did 25+ uber elder / elders with no drop. I then did a carry for a friend and one dropped. I got 3 flasks from 4 cortex runs in a different league. RNG is RNG.

think u were unlucky, now i feel alittle dirty as i just got one over the weekend (it was my first uber elder, for my watchstone).
