"Defeat Maven" favoured slot bug

I was in a group doing Maven for the completion to receive the favoured map unlock and atlas voidstone. I got the voidstone and the quest is complete in the "world screen". If i put in the voidstone the maps are boosted as it should.

I think so. Because normaly there is a "!" downside. But i cant remenber exactly. If i now talk to him, he has his normal maven text and Maven is not greyed out.

After i killed her again a got the fav slot instant.
But my fav slots are not working. Seems to be an old bug that doesnt get fixed. Antiquities from the early days of Path of Exile
