Missing a skill point even though I have 24/24 of passives at level 99.

Hi in my POB it says I am missing 1 skill point but I have 22 from quests and 2 from the bandit quests. When I /passives nothing is missing. My POB still says I have the amount of points allocated for level 98 however.

The medium crit cluster next to CI is missing a point. Did you spec into that?

With this point PoB shows 123/124 on 99 lvl. So what's the problem?
