Buying bulk resonators from niko issue

Can't buy bulk resonators from niko when you have flare launch action bound to the shift key.
While not gamebreaking, having to rebind that key whenever i want to buy stacks, as it closes the window to "throw" a resonator, instead of behaving like bulk buy option

Secondarily, when i shift buy flares, it throws one (sometimes before, sometimes after, which is weird).

My guess is when topside, it should be disabled?
