No Mana Regen

Mana stop regenerating when hitting 0 mana whilst using Righteous Fire.

Forgot to include the fact that this happens when using Mind Over Matter.

" well since RF is doing DoT damage to you all the time and you take 40% of this damage on your mana, then your char doesn't have enough mana regenn to handle this. So how is this a bug ? |

I think the key takeaway from that thread would be Agnostic taking from mana before Life Regeneration is considered. |
