DIvine Vessels do NOT DROP - Atlas Bug? Level 91++ 3+ days played

I still haven't dropped A SINGLE DIVINE VESSEL, after many days played...
I've dropped multiple divines, exalts, yet ZERO DIVINE VESSELS. Just that one on a Kirac Blight Mission where ATLAS PASSIVES DON'T APPLY. I'm pretty confident this is an Atlas Bug. "Wealth in a game is measured by the amount of fun, joy and entertainment you can get out of it".

It is random, I have found enough to do the challenge and have 3 left over.
Exalts on the other hand, 2 so far all league. ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

I did the challenge and still have tens of them left but it takes time to find them. Delve cities are also a good place to look for them.

I dropped 2 more, but ONLY in Kirac maps = Atlas Passives do not apply.
And because in the PAST, the Atlas DID HAVE BUGS, I suspect some passive does this. I've never ever seen that happen before. "Wealth in a game is measured by the amount of fun, joy and entertainment you can get out of it".

Delve and Alva Temple are spots where I found some of mine.

Found 2 this morning, 1 in Delve, Depth 83, 1 in a T16 map from a Breach.
