3 for 1 Watchers eye doesn't work

As per title, Watchers eyes don't follow the normal rule for trading 3 for 1 uniques. All 2 mod ilvl 85.

per wiki uniques must have same list of explicits for vendor recipe to work, you will receive a same variant.
this is in line with the intended function of the recipe. |
