I cannot connect to host server to download patch

Everything was fine up until servers went down. When I download, I go through allocating space and then it stops and I get this error:
Error: Couldn't resolve host name while downloading http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.19.1.1/Bundles2/Art/Models/NPC/wounded/WoundedMale1.bundle.bin I have attempted to repair, and uninstall/download several times I emailed Support, and got a bounce back that they are not handled technical issues via email... help? :( Last bumped on Sep 14, 2022, 3:31:36 PM

I noticed that while attempting to DL the current patch, that the end of the download string changes each time.
I.e. initially it was: Error: Couldn't resolve host name while downloading http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.19.1.1/Bundles2/Art/Models/NPC/wounded/WoundedMale1.bundle.bin This past time it was: Error: Couldn't resolve host name while downloading http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.19.1.1/Bundles2/Art/Textures/NPC/Finn_1.bundle.bin |

Uninstall may have made things worse... I cant fully install it seems since I cannot connect to host server? When I look at the log, here is a sample from the top of it....

normally I have to use VPN to download the patch. but this time even VPN doesnt work
