XP loss starts at 95

This will never happen because GGG knows that the only thing to come out of this is an endless number of threads complaining that people can't progress after 95. The sudden "spike in difficulty" due to people now having an xp penalty will renew the call for the whole xp penalty to be abolished. All this is is step 1 in a slippery slope that will keep having goalposts moved.
