Tremor Rod still bugged?

Someone told me yesterday that there was a bug with Tremor Rod: I used Google and found a year old thread post explaining the bug. But GGG seem to say that everything was(is?) working as intented.
Is the Tremor Rod still bugged, after all this time? Last bumped on Sep 7, 2022, 11:10:36 PM

Sorry sorry, I was kinda speaking to those that already knew the said bug hehe.

This is not a bug, you can read explanations here (pages 2-4). Nothing has changed since then.
