Any guide for NPC merchant trades?

I am a new player in PoE
I just learnt than trading in NPC merchants an iron ring + gem >>>> Special ring. Are there any other "combination" of items to get new items instead of orb´s pieces? ty in advance |

They are called vendor's recipes and here in this wiki page, you can see a complete list of them.
http://en.pathofexilewiki.com/wiki/Vendor_Recipes Orbs can be traded for other more useful orbs, so do take note of them as well. |
