Can somone please help me understand why i barely inflict brittle effect?

So by far my highest damage is lightning on tooltip then fire/cold are pretty much at same values i can inflict alot of sap/scorch effect but just barely any effect of brittle and i dont undertand why? my fire damage is lower than cold and yet i can inflict far more scorch effect than i can brittle? i got 2 pictures to show my tooltip damage and to show how much effect i inflicted in phoenix guardian

They have a different multiplier in the calculations.
Scorch 50*(Damage/ailment threshold)^0.4 You have 16% (max 30%) with 2100-4800 fire damage Sap (100/3)*(Damage/ailment threshold)^0.4 You have 15% (max 20%) with 1100-19500 lightning damage Brittle 25*(Damage/ailment threshold)^0.4 You have 2.8% (max 6%) with 2900-4500 cold damage |

Omni nerf is pretty significant. So if you had the same amount as last league you will be far short of capping. One thing you can do is load up on Non-Damaging Ailment Effect. You pass by the Primeval Force wheel. The mastery there gives 40%.
