Cartographer strongbox

To follow up from my post of 15 hours ago, I have now cleared the challenge. The carto strongbox appeared for me in a yellow map. Better cartographer RNG in lower tier maps seems confirmed by my experience. Thanks for the help to all those that led me in this direction.
