Tremor Rod still good after the Blastchain nerf in 3.17?

I just noticed Blastchain Support was nerfed alot in the 3.17 patch; since Tremor Rod uses Blastchain level 10, wouldn't that mean that Tremor Rod itself is bad now? What would be a good replacement (not costing 10div+)?

Tremor Rod is currently bugged, so I wouldn't recommend using it.
