Unsure if bug, but scewed priority for AN mods?

My report is based on the assumption that Boss-Touched conversions take priority over the minor ones (Mana Siphoner, Necromancer)
I just killed a rare mob that had both Kitava-touched and Necromancer, and well, the end result of it was this...  Is this intended..? Last bumped on Sep 5, 2022, 6:47:54 AM
