I'm getting the message in red font

"This operation could not be completed"

When trying to further unveil items.

Anyone else running into this issue?

It's been happening for a few days now and it won't upgrade my unveil mods.

There is no further. You can only unveil once.

So in that photo, is the mod for minimum Endurance Charge, and 4% chance to gain one on kill. However, when using the unveil, that mod does not appear in my craftable mods list, it is still the old mod with only +1 to min endurance charges. Can you unveil mods that cannot be crafted, and is that the message when you get them?

Unveiling generally gives you something stronger than what you can craft on the bench. You cannot unlock the unveil version for your bench.

Hmmm, I also have this whenever I unveil something since the current league started. First i thought it was i allready had the recipies in my workbench, but today i had a new one but still got the "the operation could not be completed" text...?? So I don't get it...

This seems like a bug to me as well, do I have to memorize what already unveiled?

It actually tells you what rank 3 recipe you unlocked, then it fails in red text...

At least tell me that it won't unlock anything before I confirm.

yeah, but when I unveiled that new recipy, the game unlocked it as usual, despite the "this operation..." statement. So it seems to me, that the message is simply an empty one...

I tried something and it worked 2 out of 3 times today, I unveiled the items in a different Realm then I usually play, the error appeared, but the item unveiled the recipe for crafting, then I went back to the Realm I play and it remained unlocked...
